Terms of Shipping

Contact details, shipping info and remarks are to be accurate and full. No changes can be made after parcel handed out to shipping provider. We have no liability for lost parcels after shipped to the designated address which customer provide.

All orders and shipping payments will be verified before handling to process. Order processing would take 1 working day to prepare before delivery and is carried out during working hours. However, orders made during Friday evening, or Saturday and Sunday, will only be prepared for shipping on Monday. Orders received later in the evening on the eve of a public holiday will be shipped on the next working day. Delivery process takes 3-5 working days after payment received.

Please ensure someone to collect parcel at the allocated time and address. We will not be responsible for any reschedule delivery fee due by no receiver to collect. Certain zones are out of delivery coverage. For such cases, please contact our customer care for special request, then our partner will attend you to arrange a delivery with a more special pricing.

We liaise with third-party shipping providers for all delivery services. Goods damaged during delivery will be responsible by the assigned shipping provider. We offer free shipping services for Klang Valley area only(subject to change). Other state or East Malaysia outside of Klang Valley will need to bear the full amount of delivery fees according to shipping address and dimension/weight of purchased product.

Self Collection Service

Collection schedules are subject to office hours 9am-6pm and may not be available on public holidays. Contact customer care for confirmation of your collection appointment before visiting.
